RAPID CITY, S.D. – Neal Cruse is the new Head Football Coach for Rapid City Central High School. Cobbler Athletic Director Jordan Bauer made that announcment on Monday morning. Cruse comes to the Cobblers from Tennesee where he has spent the past three years in Loretto Tennessee as the head football coach where he took over a team that had lost 19 straight games and was rebuilding the program into a competitive team in the conference. Prior to that Cruse coached in Missouri. Coach Cruce is a three time coach of the year recipient in 2010, 2016 (district and region coach of the year) and received the Times Daily Program Achievement award in 2018.

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Cobbler Athletic Director Jordan Bauer announced on Monday morning the hiring of Jayna Morrill as the new Head Volleyball Coach for the Cobblers. Morrill has coaching experience at Spearfish where she compiled a 124-77 record and place third at the 2015 State Tournament. She also served as an assistant coach at Canistota and St. Thomas More High Schools respectively before taking over at Spearfish. Coach Morrill has been also involved in the Black Hills Juniors Olympics volleyball for a couple of years during her career.
