People are staying closer to home these days, which means many are tackling their list of “to do” projects.
If painting is included, the Pierre city solid waste facility may have exactly what you’re looking for.
Solid Waste Manager Val Keller says Pierre residents can take any of the paint at no charge, but the pick up process is a little different because of COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.
She says all types of paint are available.
Keller says they also have several different sizes of paint containers to choose from.
Keller says if the paint has been frozen, let it dry out, then throw it away in your regular garbage.
