In the District 24 House republican primary yesterday (June 2), Will Mortenson and Mike Weisgram were the top two vote getters out of a field of five. Mortenson took 33% of the vote and Weisgram 29%.
In a year of having to be creative about campaigning because of COVID-19, Mortenson says he used a variety of ways to reach out to voters.
When speaking with voters, Mortenson says he focused on listening.
Mortenson and Weisgram will be joined by democrat Amanda Bachmann on the November ballot.
