SIOUX FALLS – Three more PGA Tour Champions golfers have committed to play at the Sanford International in September.
Bernhard Langer, a two-time Masters champion, will play at the event. Langer, a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame, has won 113 events worldwide in his career that dates back to the early 1980’s. Langer holds the record for most PGA Tour Champions majors wins with 11.
Jesper Parnevik will return to Sioux Falls after finishing tied for 25th last year. Parnevik won five times on the PGA Tour between 1998 and 2001. From 1997-2002, he played on three consecutive Ryder Cup teams for Europe.
Darren Clarke has also committed to the Sanford International, where he tied for 21st in 2019. Clarke, the 2011 Open Championship winner, was on five consecutive European Ryder Cup teams from 1997-2006 and was on four winning teams.
The Sanford International is scheduled for September 11-13 at Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls.
