Members of Congress don’t have to be back in Washington D.C. until after Labor Day. There has been a lot of debate if another Economic Stimulus Bill is in the future for Americans. South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says the talks are continuing.
Rounds says they have focused on a number of needs.
According to Rounds, Democrats have not been serious about negotiating.
The President has said he want to include another round of individual payments and rolling back the payroll tax.
