SIOUX FALLS – South Dakota State men’s basketball has been added to the field of the Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Classic, coming later this month to the Sanford Pentagon. SDSU replaced Utah, who pulled out, reportedly due to COVID-19 concerns.
The Jackrabbits will play three games in the event, which features Memphis, Ohio State, Texas A&M, West Virginia, Creighton, Wichita State and Dayton. Originally, SDSU was to have opened the season in the Little Apple Classic in Manhattan, Kansas. Instead, the Jacks will play Creighton at the Sanford Pentagon on Wednesday, November 25 at 6:00 PM. They will also play the next day, Thanksgiving, and on Friday, November 27.
SDSU was 22-10 last season and won a share of the Summit League regular-season title.
