SIOUX FALLS – The Summit League announced officially Wednesday that it will proceed with a 16-game conference schedule for men’s and women’s basketball for this season. In all cases except one, teams will play on Fridays and Saturdays with doubleheaders each day in a two-game series against the same opponent at the same location.
Play will begin on January 2 for most schools, although SDSU will open on January 8th.
Other non-conference opponents will be announced at a later date.
