VERMILLION – Senior Ty Chisom has left the South Dakota men’s basketball program.
Chisom revealed Tuesday on Instagram that he will finish his final semester at USD, graduate, then seek out options to be a grad transfer next season.
Chisom wrote: “Thank you for everything and I wouldn’t change anything. (My) experience as a Coyote will forever be in my heart.”
Chisom joined USD last season as a junior college transfer. He averaged just under five points a game this season. He had started the first three games before being replaced by Xavier Fuller.
