MITCHELL – Charlie Dubanoski was named Monday as the new baseball head coach at Dakota Wesleyan.
Dubanoski has been the assistant head coach at the University of Sioux Falls for the last three seasons. He also is the head coach for Sioux Falls West Legion Baseball.
Dubanoski played at Augustana from 2008 through 2012, hitting .358 over four seasons with 157 RBI, 37 doubles and 28 home runs. He played professionally in 2013 in the Pecos League in Roswell, New Mexico.
Dubanoski replaces John Greicar, who recently resigned.
