ABERDEEN – Northern State was denied another trip to the NCAA Men’s Division II Elite Eight with a 91-86 overtime loss Tuesday to defending national champion Northwest Missouri State in the Central Region Final at Wachs Arena.
Trevor Hudgins led Northwest Missouri with 29 points and four three-pointers. Parker Fox scored 34 points with 12 rebounds for the Wolves (19-2), but was one of four NSU players to foul out. Tommy Chatman scored 15 points and Andrew Kallman scored 14.
