Biden, Noem order flags lowered to half-staff for victims of Colorado shooting

In conjunction with President Joe Biden’s proclamation, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff, effectively immediately, in remembrance of the victims of the shooting in Boulder, CO.

Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on Saturday, March 27, 2021.
