SIOUX FALLS – This year’s Howard Wood Dakota Relays will be limited to a high school competition only. There will be no competition for college or middle school students or those in Special Olympics.
Attendance will be limited to two entry permits per competitor. All running events will be held with only finals, but the field events will have preliminaries and finals.
The Howard Wood Dakota Relays are scheduled for April 30 and May 1 at Howard Wood Field.
