FORT MYERS, FL – Tampa Bay ace Tyler Glasnow struck out 10 in five innings Saturday in a 2-0 spring training win over the Minnesota Twins at Hammond Stadium.
Minnesota (10-14-1) was held to four hits. Max Kepler, Josh Donaldson, Jorge Polanco and Miguel Sanó singled.
The Twins will play Boston Sunday at Jet Blue Park in Fort Myers. Three spring training games remain for Minnesota before the regular season opens Thursday at Milwaukee.
