Coyotes Add Grad Transfer McGrory

VERMILLION – Guard Walt McGrory is joining University of South Dakota men’s basketball as a graduate transfer.

McGrory played for four years at the University of Wisconsin where he appeared in 36 games in four seasons and was a two-time All-Academic Big Ten selection.

He is from Edina, Minnesota, where he is the all-time leading scorer at Edina High School with 2,126 points.  In McGrory’s senior year there, he averaged 26.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game.
