PIERRE – A forecast of steadily strong winds forced Miller High School to cancel a scheduled track & field meet for Tuesday in which the Pierre Governors were to have competed.
Also, the Governors will not compete in Friday’s Track-O-Rama at O’Harra Stadium in Rapid City. Instead, Pierre will take part in the Corn Palace Relays on Saturday at Joe Quintal Field in Mitchell.
