DETROIT – Sunday’s scheduled game between the Minnesota Twins and Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park was postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Friday, July 16. The first game will be played at 1:10 PM CT, with the second game at 6:10 PM CT.
After a scheduled off-day on Monday, the Twins will next play Tuesday night in Chicago against the White Sox.
