The joint Pierre City Commission and Pierre School Board election and the Stanley County School Board election will both be held June 8.
Four people are running for two, three year terms on the Stanley County School Board. The candidates are:

- Shaun Cronin
- Mitch Kleinsasser
- Kayla Magee

Incumbent candidate Chris Fosheim is running unopposed for the two year term he’s currently serving.
Polls will be open 7am-7pm MT/8am-8pm CT with voting taking place at the Hayes Hall in Hayes and Parkview Auditorium in Fort Pierre. Early voting can be done at the School Business Manager’s office in Parkview Gymnasium in Fort Pierre during normal school business hours (office number: 605-223-7741).
