BRADENTON, FL – Trevor Larnach hit his second homer of the spring Saturday in the Minnesota Twins’ 7-4 spring training loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates at LECOM Park.
Top prospect Brooks Lee and Jose Miranda had RBI singles for the Twins (8-11-3). Lee was assigned Saturday to the Twins’ minor league camp for the rest of spring training, but has played well and likely will be given a chance to play in the majors this season for Minnesota, if needed.
