A Vietnam Veteran Pinning Ceremony will be held tomorrow (June 29, 2023) in Mobridge and Friday in Eagle Butte.
South Dakota US Representative Dusty Johnson will host the ceremony and says the recognition for these veterans is long overdue.
If someone would like information about Vietnam Veteran pinning ceremonies, Johnson encourages people to contact his offices.
The ceremony will be held at 5:30pm CT at the Mobridge American Legion (120 Main Street). The public is welcome to attend.
The ceremony Friday in Eagle Butte will be at 1pm MT at the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Cultural Preservation Office at the driveway just north of the CRST WIC office at Willow Street and Larson Avenue (Coordinates: 44.991564, -101.240538).
