Zap Held To One Hit In Shutout Loss

FREMONT, NE – Tyson Romero struck out 13 in a one-hit shutout Tuesday as the Fremont Moo overwhelmed the Oahe Zap 13-0 at Moller Field.

Romero threw 106 pitches, 69 for strikes.  The only hit for the Zap (14-32) was a Kyle Memarian single in the first inning.  Romero issued only one walk.

Hayden Lewis and Henry Hayman drove in three runs each for Fremont.
