South Dakota Supreme Court Chief Justice Steven Jensen will deliver the 2024 State of the Judiciary address today (Jan. 10, 2024) at 11am CST in the South Dakota House of Representatives Chamber in the State Capitol in Pierre.
Jensen will discuss indigent legal defense, barriers for emerging adults, problem-solving courts, the bar admission study, courthouse and judicial security and the Unified Judicial System’s budget.
The address will be livestreamed on the South Dakota Public Broadcasting website, SD.net.
