Class B state high school softball tourney begins Friday in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Class ‘B’ state high school softball tournament begins Friday (May 31, 2024) at Ronken Field on the campus of Augustana University. In the quarterfinals, Bon Homme/Avon takes on Parkston/Ethan/Tripp in the first game on Friday at 11am, followed by top-seed Dell Rapids meeting Rapid City Christian. In the evening games beginning at 5pm, Howard squares off against Platte-Geddes/Dakota Christian/White Lake and Madison/Chester face Mt. Vernon/Plankinton/Corsica-Stickney. The semis are Saturday afternoon, and the championship is Saturday at 6:30pm.
