2024 Mr. Baseball and Ms. Softball Award Finalists
14 FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR
2024 MR. BASEBALL AND MS. SOFTBALL AWARDS,
PRESENTED BY THE MINNESOTA TWINS COMMUNITY FUND
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins Community Fund and the Minnesota All Sports Alliance are proud to announce the 14 finalists for the 2024 Mr. Baseball and Ms. Softball Awards, presented by the Minnesota Twins Community Fund. Finalists for the awards, which represent the finest senior players in the state, were selected by a panel of high school and college coaches. Athletic and character attributes, as well as season accomplishments, were considered.
Award winners will be announced this Sunday, June 23 in a ceremony at Target Field beginning at noon. The winners will also be honored by the Twins with the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch before a future 2024 home game. The June 23 ceremony will also recognize Coach Dennis Flom of Cannon Falls High School and Coach Joe Madson of Mankato East High School for their lifetime achievements in coaching.
The seven 2024 Mr. Baseball finalists are: Max Arlich (East Ridge High School), Tyler Guerin (Mounds View High School), PJ Jones (Cretin Derham Hall High School), Caleb Koskie (Benilde St. Margaret’s), Riley Leatherman (Wayzata High School), Wilson Magers (Mankato West High School) and Luke Skinner (East Ridge High School).
The seven 2024 Ms. Softball finalists are: Heidi Barber (White Bear Lake Area High School), Cameron Chard (Belle Plaine High School), Cecilia Hanson (Rosemount High School), Carly Kimmes (Randolph High School), Katie Klotz (Farmington High School), Jordyn Marsh (New Prague High School) and Hannah Tong (Forest Lake Area High School).

About the Minnesota All Sports Alliance
Since 1954 the Minnesota All Sports Alliance has been involved in the Minnesota sports community. The group is well known for spearheading sales of more than $1.2 million dollars in A2 bonds that led to building the Metropolitan Stadium. They continue to raise awareness and resources for amateur athletes.
