Flags to fly half-staff today in honor of those lost in 9/11 attacks

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise until sunset today (Sept. 11, 2024), in honor of Patriot Day.

Patriot Day commemorates the people killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
