The Department of Labor and Regulation Mitchell Job Service, in partnership with the Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce and Mitchell Area Development Corporation, is hosting a virtual hiring event on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST.
This virtual hiring event is designed to allow job seekers to visit online with employers in the Mitchell area to learn about their company and open positions, and potentially interview on the same day.
Participating businesses can build brand awareness, find an untapped pool of qualified candidates, benefit from real-time interactions with potential employees, and save time and resources finding qualified employees.
Registration is required for both job seekers and businesses. Visit https://dlr.sd.gov/
Businesses and job seekers may register up to the day of the event. Registering in advance will provide opportunities to review user guides offered within the virtual platform before the event.
All job fairs and hiring events are offered free of charge to businesses and job seekers.
