As is tradition, the Hughes County Commission began the new year by swearing in county officials and electing a chair and vice-chair for the group.
Taking the oath of office were Commissioners Tom Rounds and Randy Brown, Coroner Matt Hardwick and States Attorney Casey Deibert (not pictured).
Rob Fines was elected Chairman of the Hughes County Commission. Tom Rounds was elected Vice Chairman.
