The South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold eight public meeting open house events this week to share information and garner public input for the Tabor to Platte Rail to Trail Feasibility Study.
Informational meetings will be held:

Paper surveys and displays will be available at each open house. All persons interested in this project are welcome to attend. A formal presentation will not be given. SDDOT staff and consultant staff will be available to answer questions and share information about the feasibility study.
Written comments will be accepted through Sunday, March 23, 2025.
The public can also visit the feasibility study website (https://dot.sd.gov/tabor-to-platte-rail-to-trail-study) to take an online version of the survey, which will closely match the paper surveys provided at the public meeting open houses.
