South Dakota State guard Haleigh Timmer has entered the transfer portal following their loss to UCONN in the NCAAW Tournament four days ago.
Timmer, who played her high school basketball in Rapid City, spent three seasons with SDSU averaging 12.8 points per game this season, which was 16th in the Summit League and second among Jackrabbits.
Timmer made 41% of her 3-point attempts this season, and averaged 10.9 points per game in her three seasons at SDSU. Timmer had to sit out the 2023-24 season with an injury after being named the 2023 Summit League Tournament MVP.
