Thank you, Mitchell, for an amazing 40th State Basketball Tournament
The following note, which was e-mailed to the State Office, touched us deeply. Thank you, Trent, for these beautiful words.
On behalf of everyone at Vern Eide of Mitchell, I just wanted to personally thank you for allowing us the opportunity to volunteer at this year’s Olympics. It truly was an honor to be part of such a meaningful and uplifting event.
As this was my first time volunteering, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. There was something genuinely special in the air—a joy and energy that’s hard to put into words. Watching the athletes compete, seeing the excitement on their faces, and feeling the positive spirit all around was something I won’t soon forget.
All our employees who participated felt the same way. We left the event inspired and grateful—not only for the chance to help, but also for the reminder of how powerful community and inclusion can be.
Thank you again for everything you and your team are doing. The impact the Olympics has on the athletes, volunteers, and the community as a whole is truly incredible, and we’re so grateful to have been a small part of it.
