Ellen Pompeo says she asked Taylor Swift to write a big check for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles when they met to film her “Bad Blood” video. Taylor happily obliged “without blinking an eye.”
It’s been almost 10 years since Ellen Pompeo appeared in Taylor Swift’s star-studded video for “Bad Blood”. As Swifties already know, Taylor is a “Grey’s Anatomy” fan and has a cat named Meredith Grey.
On yesterday’s “Jennifer Hudson Show”, Ellen shared another example of Taylor’s generosity. At the time, Ellen and her husband spent a lot of time volunteering for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
She explained there’s an underfunded program where music is made for babies in the NICU, using the voices of their parents.
Quote, “I asked Taylor, ‘Could you write me a big old check for Children’s?’ and she knew me all but 20 minutes and that girl wrote me the biggest check without blinking an eye.”
