After the lone round of the YTC Championship, both Sully Buttes and Selby Area took home some hardware after a great display of golf. On the girls side, Selby Area finished 17 strokes ahead of Eureka to take home the Team Championship with winning combined score of +90. In the individual scoring, it was Taryn Hettick who finished with the low-round of the day firing an impressive +11, 81. Second was claimed by Olivia Olson who shot an +18, 88 and third held by Braylon Baumann who shot a 91.
On the boys side, it was the same song and dance for Sully Buttes who won the team title for the fourth straight year, edging out Edmunds Central by just five strokes with a winning score of +30. In the individual scoring, another Hettick found their way to the top of the leaderboard as Seth Hettick finished with a +7, 77. Gavin Colson was hot on Hettick’s heels after shooting a 78 and finishing sole second. Jonas Olson also had a great day, finishing third with a 79.
