The Govs have put together an outstanding season on the baseball diamond and they look to finish strong before the postseason with two final doubleheaders today and tomorrow out at Hyde Field. Sitting at 14-5, Pierre has been one of the more dominant teams in their division and hope to end regular season play with wins against Washington and Lincoln today and tomorrow.
Today’s doubleheader will get underway around 5 PM CT with the second game to follow, and then tomorrow welcoming in Lincoln for two with game one beginning at 1 PM. Tomorrow’s forecast has a high of 93, so if you plan on making it out to Hyde Field be sure to bring your water bottles! Following the regular season finale, the Regional Tournament will be held 5/16 and 5/17 with locations TBD.
