Monday (June 30, 2025) at 5pm CT is the deadline for developers to submit applications to get funding from South Dakota Housing’s Housing Opportunity Fund program.
Any for-profit or nonprofit entity, tribal government, housing authority, political subdivision of South Dakota or agency of South Dakota is invited to apply. The H-O-F program is designed to support new construction, rehabilitation of existing buildings or the purchase and rehabilitation of rental or homeownership housing. Projects will be considered on a first come, first serve basis as applications are deemed complete.
The H-O-F program allocation plan and application form can be found at www.sdhousing.org. Only applications for housing development will be accepted during this open application cycle. Please refer to the website for H-O-F funding limitations.
