July 14, 2025:
A Webster man died and his passenger was injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash Thursday morning (July 10, 2025, at 2am), five miles east of Fedora, SD.
Preliminary crash information indicates 53 year old Ryan Glen Shepherd of Webster, the driver of a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling east on SD Highway 34 and went into the south ditch. The driver died at the scene and a passenger, 25 year old Sean Vincent Shepherd of Webster, sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
The Highway Patrol is an agency of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
