A 27 year old man from Fort Pierre is charged with a Class 2 misdemeanor after an incident Sunday night (July 27, 2025) in Pierre.
According to information from the Pierre Police Department, while an officer was patrolling near the 700 block of W. Sioux Avenue at approximately 11:45 p.m., the officer witnessed a male subject urinating by a vehicle. The Officer stopped and spoke with the intoxicated individual, who was identified as Jhovanny Ruiz.
Ruiz was arrested and taken to the Hughes County Jail. He’s charged with Public Indecency.
