Nominees for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards dropped yesterday, and Lady Gaga is on top with 12. She’s followed by Bruno Mars with 11 and Kendrick Lamar with 10.
Other top vote-getters include Sabrina Carpenter, Rosé, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Bad Bunny, Doechii, Jelly Roll, Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, and Miley Cyrus.
There are two new categories this year: Best Country and Best Pop Artist.

The VMAs air live on September 7th on CBS, MTV, and Paramount+.
By the way, there have been rumors that Britney Spears will perform . . . but it sounds like they’re FALSE.
