A Hudson, South Dakota, truck driver killed in an accident in North Dakota last week has been identified.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 37 year-old Dirk Rozeboom died from injuries he sustained after crashing the semi he was driving on Interstate 94 near Valley City on Thursday (Aug. 14, 2025).
Rozeboom was eastbound when the semi went into the ditch, drove through a slough and came to rest in a corn field. Rozeboom was taken to Mercy Hospital in Valley City where he died.
