Pierre School District to go through once-every-five-years accreditation process in January

It’s accreditation year for the Pierre Public School District.

Superintendent Dr. Kelly Glodt says most of the actual accreditation process will take place in January 2026.

Glodt says the accreditation process has changed in recent years.

Glodt is confident the accreditation process will go smoothly.

Glodt gave the update to the school board during this month’s meeting (Sept. 8, 2025).
