Section of Eastgate Court in Pierre closed for approximately two weeks

Beginning Monday (Nov. 3, 2025), Eastgate Court in Pierre from Brookstone Loop to Marquette Street is closed while a contractor removes a water service line.

The project requires full pavement removal in a section of the street. Work and the associated road closure are expected to last up to two weeks, weather permitting. Local traffic will be able to access Capital Area Counseling Service and The Fieldhouse, but through-traffic should use alternate routes.
