Stanley County students perform at Regional One Act competition last month

Stanley County students presented the One Act Play Dark Road by Laura Lundgren Smith at Regional One Act.

This one‑act play, set in Nazi Germany during World War II, follows a young woman who becomes a guard at a concentration camp and the experiences and emotions she encounters. They delivered a powerful, thought‑provoking production.

Special round of applause to Outstanding Actor Award recipients for their exceptional work. Awards went to Hayden Norman, Asher Rasmussen and Macyn Schmautz.
