South Dakota state prison offender Shannon Kilber has died.
Kilber, age 57, passed away in the medical housing unit at the Jameson Prison in Sioux Falls on March 8, 2026.
At the time of his death, Kilber was serving a 5-year sentence from Brown County for aggravated assault.
