The day before the Class A State Basektball tournament gets underway, the Big Dakota Conference boys teams were announced with some familiar names for teams competing making the list.
Stanley County, who went undefeated in league play, had three of their stars on the list seeing Eddie Duffy, Paxton Deal and Teegyn Breitag all make the cut. In the same stem of the bracket, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte also had three of their key players get selected as Levi Elk Nation, Damien Clown and Nehemiah Veaux all earned the honors. These six players will headline their side of the region Thursday-Saturday in Rapid City as they try to put together a strong run at state.
Up north, the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers had one player selected as starter while two others make honorable mention, Shooter Frederick being first team and Easton Eisemann and Kalen Knudson were both HM.
From Chamberlain, Miles Thompson and Riddik Big Eagle both earned honorable mention after their strong finish to the regular season. The rest of the list can be seen below.
