The Mobridge City Council held a special meeting Monday night to approve a resolution repealing parts of an ordinance that had placed certain restrictions on local businesses such as bars, restaurants, hair salons, barber shops, tattoo shops, and massage parlors due to Covid-19. Council approved the resolution, which goes into effect at 12:00am on Thursday, June 18th, 2020.
