Fad coffee drinks come and go, but we always seem to return to old favorites like a a latte, an espresso, an Americano, or a traditional coffee with cream. It was five years ago this month that some coffee influencers were trying hard to make the avolatte at thing. An avolatte was (or maybe still is?) a latte poured into an avocado skin.
