A 28 year old male received serious, non-life threatening injuries in a one vehicle accident early Friday (June 3, 2022) morning southeast of Fort Pierre.
The Stanley County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened about 2:15am on Highway 1806 near mile marker 178. The driver, whose name was not released, had possibly been ejected from the vehicle and was transported to the hospital in Pierre.
The accident is still under investigation by the Stanley County Sheriff’s Office and the South Dakota Highway Patrol.
