Authorities Search for Man Believed To Be Stuck in Storm Drain

Dozens of first responders in Florida spent hours looking for a man they believed was stuck inside of a manhole drainage system.  It started when city workers found the man in the storm drain.  Here’s one of the rescue workers breaking down the situation.  (They gave him a Mountain Dew, and then lost contact with him from there.)
