HIGHLIGHTS: A 48-year-old man drunkenly drove his vehicle . . . into the OCEAN. It happened in Delaware last Thursday. Some bystanders were able to pull him out. He was charged with DUI.
FULL STORY: We’ve heard of people doing some ridiculously stupid and dangerous things while drinking and driving . . . but this is new.
Police in Delaware got a 911 call last Thursday evening, where witnesses reported seeing a man who had driven his car . . . INTO THE OCEAN. (???)
It happened on Navy Beach at Cape Henlopen. And witnesses quickly ran into the water and helped him out of his vehicle and onto shore.
The driver was a 48-year-old man named Donald Quill Junior. He was arrested for DUI, and was hit with additional traffic violations . . . since, you know, he was driving on a beach, not a road.
