A flying bike that can go 62 miles-per-hour just debuted at the North American Auto Show in Detroit.
The hoverbike, called the Xturismo, currently costs $777,000. Developer Aerwins is planning to release an electric model in 2025 for around $50,000.
“I feel like I’m literally 15-years-old and I just got out of Star Wars and I jumped on their bike,” auto show co-chair Thad Scott said. The hoverbike is already on sale in Japan, where it is not currently considered an aircraft because a pilot is not required to fly it.
