This is NOT the Grinch Lane

An Arizona driver who tried to use an inflatable Grinch as a decoy passenger in the carpool lane was cited for his “Seusspicious-looking” passenger. Despite the hilarious nature of the incident, the driver couldn’t escape getting a violation. Nonetheless, the agency felt obliged to post a photo of the Grinch in all of his green inflated glory on their Twitter page.
