FULL STORY: Kevin Costner might be leaving “Yellowstone”, due to scheduling conflicts. He’s busy directing and starring in a western film called “Horizon” . . . and that could lead to the original “Yellowstone” coming to an end when Season Five wraps later this year.
But the show is VERY popular . . . so if that happens there’s talk of a possible spinoff with Matthew McConaughey.
This is just a rumor for now though. A spokesperson for Paramount said, quote, “We have no news to report. Kevin Costner is a big part of ‘Yellowstone’ and we hope that’s the case for a long time to come . . .
“[But] we are always working on franchise expansions of this incredible world . . . Matthew McConaughey is a phenomenal talent [and we’d love to work with him].”
By the way, McConaughey is going to voice Elvis Presley in an upcoming adult animated series for Netflix called “Agent Elvis”. It follows Elvis as a secret agent. Priscilla Presley serves as a co-creator and producer.
